Do you store my save files on your servers?: Editing runs in your browser when possible. We do not keep your game saves on our systems for long-term storage.
Steam Cloud keeps overwriting my edits — what should I do?: Turn off Steam Cloud for this title, keep a backup of your save folder, launch once offline to confirm the local file loads, then decide whether to turn cloud back on.
Are community downloads safe to use?: Archives are hosted by authors or mirrors — not by us. Check the link, scan files, and always back up before replacing anything.
The game won’t load after I replaced the save.: Restore your backup right away. Confirm the file name and game version match the guide, and test with cloud sync disabled.
